In this role your would be dealing with customers over the phone and via email. Patience in this role is key. If you have patience you can accomplish anything. This is an entry level position and training is provided in a 2 week training session to consist of 4 hours. 1 week of OJT (on the job training) and after 1 month evaluation will be assessed. The main role of this position is to provide our customers with outstanding customer service while building rapport. Effectively control the flow of the call while reaching a uniform resolution. You will be acting as the front line of this company in the face of our customer base and clients who depend on us to provide our very best. Outside of the customer service over the phone you might also have to respond via chat or email to customers. Time Management and being empathetic to customers and clients are key to building a lasting and prosperous relationship. Limited sales in this role. Must have the ability to mutlitask and think outside the box for resolution.
